What we collect
When you submit a pickup request, we collect your name, phone number, address, and any photos you choose to upload of the items you'd like removed. We don't ask for or store payment information online — payment is collected in person on the day of the job.
How we use it
Your request details and photos are sent directly to JunkPro to confirm your pickup, estimate the job, and schedule a crew. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond fulfilling and following up on your request.
Photo storage
Photos you upload are stored securely with our cloud storage provider and are only used to prepare your quote and job. You can ask us to delete your photos and request details at any time by emailing eithan@junkremovalspro.com.
Analytics & advertising
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our ads. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
