These terms cover your use of junkremovalspro.com and JunkPro's junk removal services in Toronto, Vaughan, and the surrounding GTA. By submitting a pickup request, you agree to the terms below.
Booking & pricing
Pricing shown on our site ($149 small load, $299 half truck, $449 full truck) is a flat rate for the described load size, including labour, truck time, and standard disposal. Submitting a request online is not a confirmed booking — we'll follow up to confirm your pickup time. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins; if your load is significantly larger than described, we'll let you know the adjusted price before proceeding.
Payment
Payment is collected in person when the job is complete. We don't charge or store any payment information through the website.
What we can and can't take
We remove most household, commercial, and construction items. Certain hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, chemicals, paint, propane tanks) may be restricted by local regulation and could require special handling — let us know in advance if you're unsure whether an item qualifies.
Cancellations
Since there's no online payment, there's nothing to refund if you cancel or reschedule — just let us know as soon as you can (call or text (416) 474-7513) so we can offer that slot to someone else.
Liability
JunkPro is licensed and insured in Ontario. Our crew takes reasonable care on every job; if something is damaged due to our error, contact us directly so we can make it right.
